Delivery & Shipping
Overview of Physical Deliverables
Youthsrijan Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation. We do not operate as an e-commerce platform and do not sell physical products for commercial purposes. However, certain physical documents, kits, and certificates may be dispatched in connection with our charitable activities, including:
- Membership ID cards and physical membership certificates.
- Appreciation, participation, or appointment letter certificates (where physical delivery is requested).
- Donation receipt books or acknowledgment letters (in rare cases).
- Welfare and relief kits dispatched to beneficiaries as part of active campaigns.
All deliveries are subject to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Delivery Areas and Timelines
Service Area: We currently dispatch physical documents and certificates across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Membership Cards/Certificates: 7???15 working days from the date of approval and payment confirmation.
- Appointment/Appreciation Letters: 5???10 working days from the date of issuance.
- Campaign Relief Kits (Beneficiary): Dispatched in batches as per campaign schedule; timelines are communicated separately.
Timelines are indicative and may vary due to postal/courier delays, remote area delivery constraints, or public holidays. We will notify you via email/SMS once your document has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Youthsrijan Foundation absorbs standard shipping costs for membership cards and official certificates as part of our member services. There are no additional shipping charges for such documents.
In exceptional cases where expedited or courier delivery is specifically requested by the recipient, applicable courier charges will be communicated in advance and must be borne by the requester.
For relief kit and welfare material dispatch, all logistics costs are covered by the Foundation from donated funds allocated for the respective campaign.
Tracking and Non-Delivery
Tracking: Where documents are sent via registered post or courier, we will provide a tracking number to your registered email ID once dispatch is confirmed.
Non-Delivery or Lost Items: In the event of non-delivery, please notify us at youthsrijan@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will:
- Investigate the status with the courier/postal authority.
- Issue a replacement document if confirmed lost in transit.
Incorrect Address: The Foundation is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the member/applicant. Please ensure your postal address is correctly entered at the time of registration. For address corrections, contact us before dispatch.
Digital Delivery (Preferred)
Youthsrijan Foundation strongly encourages digital delivery as the primary mode of receiving certificates, receipts, and letters. Digital delivery:
- Is immediate upon processing (typically within 24???72 hours).
- Is environmentally friendly and reduces carbon footprint.
- Provides a secure, printable PDF document that is legally equivalent to the physical copy.
All digital documents are delivered to your registered email address and can also be downloaded from your member portal (if applicable). Physical delivery is available on request and subject to the timelines specified above.
