Nature of Donations: All donations made to Youthsrijan Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable, educational, and social welfare activities. Donations are processed through secured third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / PhonePe) and are subject to their respective terms of service.

Tax Exemption: Youthsrijan Foundation is registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act. Donations may be eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G, subject to the conditions of the tax certificate issued at the time of donation.

Utilisation: All funds received are utilised exclusively for the charitable purposes of the Foundation as disclosed in our Annual Reports. We maintain transparent financial records audited by a Chartered Accountant.

No Consideration: Donations do not entitle the donor to any goods, services, equity, or financial return from the Foundation. Any donor recognition (plaques, mentions, certificates) is purely goodwill-based.

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to uphold the values and objectives of Youthsrijan Foundation.

Accurate Information: Members must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during the registration process. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Member Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the Foundation's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
• Not engage in any activity that brings disrepute to the Foundation.
• Keep personal and contact information up to date.
• Not use the membership ID/certificate for commercial, political, or misleading purposes.

Termination: The Foundation reserves the right to revoke membership for misconduct, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund of membership fees.

All content on the Youthsrijan Foundation Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, campaign materials, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Youthsrijan Foundation and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may share our content for non-commercial, awareness-based purposes provided you credit Youthsrijan Foundation and include a link to our Website. Any commercial use, reproduction, or modification of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
